With 2 sofa’s that are pooling within 4months of light use, I contacted Marks and spencer who refused to acknowledge the problem.
The ombudsman were useless and FIRA (who have zero qualifications to inspect furniture it appears) who Marks and spencer send out (to look like they are being proactive) ....I called this chap for advice and to come out and write an independent report on my sofas (this seems to be a pattern the ombudsman’s insist you do to move forward ...putting people off taking the complaint further as it’s £200 to get a report)

I went back to Marks and spencer and questioned the qualifications of the FIRA technician, and got a call 24hrs later saying Marks and Spencer are collecting my faulty sofas. This guy know his stuff and goes above and beyond to help..

He was absolutely brilliant he came and inspected our suite and saw that it was multicoloured and sagging at one side sent the report off to the ombudsmen and we have been informed we can have a full refund witch was excellent news

I couldn’t recommend Mr Munoz enough. He went above and beyond to help me. I contacted Mr Munoz for a furniture report to see if I had a case against a furniture shop. After receiving his report I was in a better position to negotiate and ultimately I took the case to the small claims court. Mr Munoz supported me through out the whole process by giving me invaluable advice and I won the case. Very highly recommended

Top man, top service. We followed his advice how to get our money back for damaged sofa and we got it. Well recommended if you ever got stuck with badly made furniture and you need to involve the credit card company.
